Some of the kindest, friendliest healthcare professionals I've ever met. I visited on a day where a system glitch led to patient over scheduling, but none of the staff was rude or rushed. Absolutely a wonderful community resource, so grateful to have PP available!

I have been visiting here since college. This facility has always been helpful, supportive, and informative. They provide a knowledge freely and answer questions openly.

I go to Planned Parenthood over Carle even though my insurance covers both. Planned parenthood will get you an appointment WAY quicker than Carle. Appointment to get my birth control renewed was 1 week at PP versus over 3 months waiting list at Carle. Although I originally got my prescription through Carle, I learned much more about it from my doctor at Planned Parenthood. (Like that I could skip my period.. Life changing lol.) Everyone that works at this planned parenthood is so kind and sweet. Thank you to everyone that has helped me at planned parenthood, I will never forget how kind all of you were to me in my times of need.
