We are so grateful to have Dr Norcross in Casper. From our very first visit at the office, we were made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Dr Norcross is easy to talk to and genuinely cares for his patients. He took the time to listen to us and then answer not only my questions but my daughter (his patient)as well. He went out of his way to answer her questions and to make sure she knew what to expect. On the day of my daughter's surgery, he was upbeat and his bedside manner helped to not only make my daughter feel comfortable but me as well. Casper still has a small town feel and his reputation is impeccable. Everyone I have talked to about an ENT have highly recommended him and offered him high praise for not only his ability to care for his patients but his extensive knowledge and expertise. We now are among our friends and associates in recommending Dr. Norcross and full of gratitude for high quality of care we received.
