It’s worth the time, money and hassle to go to Ft Collins. So unprofessional, letting us wait for an appointment for a month before telling us they don’t take my husband’s insurance. At least we got saved from a poorly done surgery. Eye surgeons here in Casper have a way of making eyesight worse.
They don't treat their patients well. Just based on the office managers behavior alone, I don't plan on ever going back.
Wonderful, caring person! Dr. Dodds has gotten me through so many rough setbacks with my eyes and has done so with expertise and kindness. I've had many scary eye surgeries and throughout, I had complete confidence in his abilities and knowledge to provide excellent medical care for my eyes. I could not have asked for more!
Dr. Dobbs is a great Dr. as He explains the procedure and is willing to answer any questions, Although with only the one cataract that was done, I am completely dissatisfied with it as my vision is worse now. and the people doing the Billing after 6 months have still not responded with a statement of where the upfront money was used for on the billing or if it was just pocketed by someone there.
