I've been going here for about 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The receptionist, the hygienist, and the dentist always remember me and my husband by name, and even remember what we talked about last visit. Everyone is so nice and friendly! I've never had a problem getting an appointment when it was convenient to me, and they have been very accommodating when I've had to change or cancel my appointment. Dr. Alexander listens to me, is very gentle, and pays attention to how I react to everything she does. In the past year my husband and I have moved to the other side of the city but we continue making the drive for such wonderful experiences at the dentist.

I have been with Dr.Alexander for many years now and our family have been extremely satisfied with the quality of care provided by her and her staff at Northside Dental. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating with schedules and concerns over the years, especially Michelle at the front desk. Dr.Alexander has been very thorough yet very respectful of my choices in treatment plans, which I love about her!! The office has a nice clean, homely feeling and they never rush you through an appointment. And so, I would absolutely recommend Dr.Alexander and her office for quality dental care.
