They called me the day before my appointment to inform me that they require the patient to pay up front and send in documentation to the insurance provider for reimbursement. They assured me that my insurance was covered 100% still. Turns out that was a blatant lie, and now I'm fighting a losing battle with the insurance company trying to at least get SOME of my money back. This place is a money grab, find another place to go.

**Update**
My insurance company told them to contact me and that they are responsible for reimbursing all of the costs I was required to pay out of pocket. The office has still not contacted me, and I am now working with the Special Investigations Unit of my insurance provider to solve the issue. According to them, this dental office has been operating as an out-of-network provider even though they are an in-network provider. It's obvious that they have been doing this intentionally and their business has operated this way for quite some time. This office is operating in a fraudulent manner, and I just hope to have my money back someday. More importantly, I hope they are held responsible for the choices they have made so that others will not have to go through what I have.

I was so excited about my dental appointment. Called and made an appointment, verified my insurance information, and I thought I was set. Boy was I wrong. So after my examine the doctor comes back with a dental plan and informs me that it'll be $1280.00 I have to pay out of pocket and that my insurance company would reimburse me. I was dumb founded. So I don't just walk around with $1280.00 to drop. And my insurance company covers 100% of the cleaning unfortunately this place does NOT ACCEPT INSURANCE. They tried to convince me to finance. Jenna almost got cursed out. Worst experience of my life.

Dr. Nabi made our teeth beautiful, he is a fast working doctor and the results are amazing. He is nearly painfree and makes the experience easy for those who are scared to go. My crowns are so pretty they make me look so much younger with handsome teeth

If I could give these people 0 stars I would!!! These people are HORRIBLE and they are crooks!!! My husband went in yesterday to get a tooth pulled and they didn't even pull it, instead they said he needed to get 3 other teeth pulled as well (which is a lie) totalling out to almost $900!!! They just wanted to take our money! They wrote him a prescription for antibiotics and pain meds and these dummys didnt even sign the prescription so my husband couldn't even get his meds!!! They were so focused on trying to slide my card for pre pay to pay the $900 upfront for something they said they were going to do in 5 days!!!! Smh I told them forget about it and give me my card! These people are scams and just want your money! To make matters work, when we waited in the waiting room 4 different people came in complaining about their work!! These clients were outraged that they had been charged so much money for dental work and their implants and everything were falling out the same day! Don't go to these crooks!!

I am so pleased with Dr. Saed Nabi. I had previous issues with another dentist that left me with little hope. After having being treated in the Sandy Springs office with such care and dedication, I couldn't go any where else. I am grateful and look forward to knowing any future dental work will be addressed by a professional dentist and staff. I highly recommend Dr Nabi!
