I recently got moved to a new dentist and I didn't know what to expect other than your casual appointment. However, once I got into this place I was treated with nothing more than hospitality. Dr. Fixler and her crew really made my experience a whole new one and I highly recommend any person to make an appointment here. All the work she does is with precision and care. For those who fear a painful visit, this means a relatively painless experience. For instance, I got a cavity filled and I couldn't feel a thing from the injection to the filling. Not to mention I got out in great time. All in all, I highly recommend this place. Great work done by great people.

Had a lot of work to be done and had been to a lot of dentists that did poor work and had poor customer service. Here at University Heights Dental I had a wonderful experience. Everyone one is friendly and the office is state of the art. Dr. Fixler fixed my smile and for that I am eternally grateful.

Most comfortable dental experience I've had in a long time, even though fairly extensive work was required.  Dentist and staff were very pleasant.  Dr. Fixler took her time, explained what she was doing, and was quite attentive to pain issues.  Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful and positive experience at Dr. Fixler. She was kind, understanding, and calming but mostly her work was exceptional. The fillings were painless and the job was completed quickly and painlessly. It was an overall positive experience.

This office asked to reschedule my appointment twice and the second time they claimed to have called me and left a message the day before but I had no messages or missed calls on my phone. The receptionist said the reason they needed to reschedule was because they had too many cancellations and didn't want to have to have a gap in their day before my appointment at 1 pm. Terrible customer service.
