Nice people. The only thing that I loathe is the wait time. I'm usually called back 1/2 hour after my scheduled appointment. Then I sit about another 15 minutes in the chair or secondary wait room. This is difficult because I usually have to take a break at work in order to make my appointment, not anticipating a 1/2 hour appiintment to turn into 2.5 hours 😔

Excellent customer service, clean environment, very professionally but super friendly it was a great experience for my son and me.

Today I got my braces off and I feel amazing!!! The team here are great, present and this is my first visit here at the Cleveland hts location. I can't wait to come back for my check up
