Not only did I get a same day appointment, but I called at 6:50 pm got there at 7:00pm an hour before they closed. Not only was I in the worst pain of my life but it had to be removed. they went above and beyond making sure I was not in pain. She pulled the tooth even though they don't normally do that, But seeing as I was in pain she pulled it anyways! Didn't leave till 8:15 she stayed a tiny bit longer just to help me

I’ve been going to University Heights Dental for almost three years and have always enjoyed excellent service from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. My daughter and I have visited six times for cleanings and treatment. We love this place!

Quite disappointed in this dentist!! They have no understading!! Woke up feeling sick the day of my appointment. I called to inform them that I had the flu and needed to move my appointment to another time. They had no empathy or understanding!!! Especially considering the fact that it's flu season!!! They do not fix any dental problems in house. They can only recommend you to another specialist!! Truly a disappointing experience because I was beginning to feel comfortable there. Angie at the front is extremely rude and disrespectful!!! Needless to say, I will not be back!! And I would NOT RECOMMEND this dentist to anyone at all. I was also charged $100 for not confirming my appointment. Never heard of such a ridiculous policy! I thought when I made the appointment that was good enough. Anyhow, save yourself some time, money and some frustration and find another dentist!!!

Call your insurance company yourself and don't rely on the clerk to tell you what is covered or you will be paying out of your own pocket.

My experience started with the front desk. Angi greeted me with a beautiful smile. She made me feel welcome and she was extremely helpful. She helped me through my procedures that came out better than I could have ever expected and completely worth every penny. I am so happy with my results. Dr. Fixler and her staff are caring and professional. The work I had done came out beautifully. I can't thank Dr. Fixler , Angi and Nicole enough for all they did for me. I can't stress this enough Angi's genuine smile and care made me know I was in the right place. It's always hard changing dentist's but Dr. Fixler is fantastic and I am so glad I did.
