So disappointed with the service I've been provided. (We are newer to the area and in need of a family doctor) I always arrive early to my appointments and the times I've been here I've been called back 30-40 minutes after my scheduled time only to sit in the room even longer. Call backs for tests do not happen as doctor says they will - not to mention pre-test procedures. I've had to come back for testing twice because of the unclear/changed information I was given to ensure I was ready for my tests. I do not feel like I'm truly valued or heard as a patient. Seems like, I'm simply a paycheck. :( Super sad about that....because my new patient visit was pretty good besides being called to be seen WAY later than my scheduled time!

I would not suggest going to Dr.Dayton, she does not call when she says she will. often time you are hand off to her nurses. out of the 5 timed that I have gone in she has seen me once though all of my appointments where scheduled to see her. The nurse are great but when you are going to see a doctor you should see the doctor not a nurses.

Elizabeth Dayton delivered my last baby of 4 and by far was my favorite. She always listens to my concerns and never rushes me. She is pretty awesome.

I would not suggest going to her if you are pregnant. I was having complications with my pregnancy and she never listened to me, keep telling me it was fine. My son was born premature after I tired telling Dayton for a week that something was wrong. She then freaked out when I was delivering my son, held him in with her hand until another doctor arrived. Absolute worst doctor ever.

I was expecting baby number two and was looking for a doctor in my network. Elizabeth had wonderful reviews, so I called and scheduled an appointment. She did not want to see me until I was 10 weeks along. At about 9 weeks I started having some bleeding and complications. I called her office on 3 different occasions indicating that I was having problems and needed to speak with the doctor. Each time they assured me she would call soon, but 4 days past and I never received a phone call. I eventually scheduled with any doctor I could get into and suffered a miscarriage. When I called to cancel my 10 week appointment I explained what had happened and that I wouldn't need to reschedule. All that was said was, "It's been canceled, have a nice day." I never received an apology from anyone that I spoke with. I suppose it's still possible that Elizabeth is a wonderful doctor, but I will take my business to a place where I feel I matter. Things don't always go as planned and I want to know I can receive response when I am experiencing issues. This was not the place for me.
