What a find! I was referred by another Dr. To Dr. Miller. Professional but friendly-very patient. I've never felt rushed with him.
He takes the time to answer all questions.
     He calls personally to discuss test results- doesn't delegate to a tech.or pa.
     Add an extremely friendly and competent office staff and I've never had this "nice" of an experience with any other practice.

I have been a patient of Dr Miller for 25+ years. He is compassionate, supportive, thorough, very knowledgeable, and has great bedside manners.

Over the last 8-months, I have been working with the offices of Dr Riederman. Dr Riederman does provide good service as expected of a physician, however, it is unfortunate that his office admin staff do a extremely poor job in terms of dealing with patients. I have found them to be rather rude (in person or on the phone). In addition, my appointment, that was done weeks in advance, was cancelled, with no alternatives being given.

This office staff is a sad example of physician practices that still live in the 70's, where patients time-value has - no value. I hope they realize that their field is getting commoditized, and where patient service is as important as the quality of the service that the physician provides.
