Dr. Ermil Wagner has been my doctor for over 23 years, so I am writing this review to set someone’s unfair Google review straight. This unfair review was highlighted on the search engine sidebar. The reviewer gave Dr. Wagner a single star review without ever meeting him. Apparently, this person stormed out after waiting 65 minutes. The impatient reviewer cost himself a great doctor.

In an age where people want things instantly, I feel extremely fortunate that Dr. Wagner is my primary care physician. For over 23 years, Dr. Wagner has conscientiously taken the time to fully understand and address my health issues and needs. Dr. Wagner is a 5-star doctor who cares about each and every patient. He’s a professional who is willing to put his patient before an office schedule, when necessary. 

If you are looking for an assembly line physician who will push out the door as fast as possible then maybe Dr. Wagner isn’t your guy.  If, however your looking for a highly skilled physician who truly cares and will spend the time required to address your health concerns, Dr. Wagner is your guy. Over the years Dr. Wagner has always been there for me and mine, he has never let us down, in the past this dedicated doctor has given up his time off to squeeze us in simply because we needed him.

This doctor kept me waiting in two different rooms for over an hour after my 2pm appointment. 30 minutes in the waiting room and another 35 in the exam room. I finally had enough and walked out. I asked for my copay back and left. It was my first visit there and I had arrived at 1:45 to fill out the necessary forms. I left at 3:10. I will not be returning.
Frankly, I don’t have a lot of confidence in an office that can’t schedule their patients with any accuracy. And I don’t need to be wasting hours of my life sitting waiting on him. If you read the reviews you’ll see that the wait time at his office are much higher than normal. Avoid!
