The staff and doctors are wonderful, and I have been helped several times. I have been in for back, knees, hip, and broken bone over the years. The doctors do a great job and do only just what you need/and or want! They take medicare and have morning walk-ins and emergency for broken bones, etc. Dr. D. Hamming and his doctor assistant are five-star!

Although the Doctors here are excellent, the 3rd party billing company (HIS) they use is cumbersome, antiquated and borderline incompetent. We have had several issues with statements being sent to the wrong address, threats of collection because of their errors, and payments applied to the wrong account. I have spoken to the Office Manager and Practice Manager at IBJI directly along with the Office Manager at HIS who express great concern and apologize profusely, but nothing changes. If you choose IBJI watch your statements very carefully and be prepared for a long drawn out issue with repeated phone calls to remedy the issue.

I have been going to the Gurnee location since June 2017. The staff, the Therapist and their assistance are simply wonderful. They ALL treat you with respect and compassion. It is almost a social event when you are there. Everyone greets you by name, with a smile on their face. PT hurts, but this staff makes it tolerable.

Our son broke his leg at 20 months old. The staff and service was exceptional. They all took the time to calm him and us down as 1st time parents. Highly recommended!
