I had a very good first time call with Karina... I got my first appointment within minutes of my call.... Let's see how my first visit goes...  I did notice that there's some bad reviews about people complaining about the waiting time and the employees... I think we all just need to realize that there is a waiting time at every doctor's office and that not everybody's going to please everybody everyone's perogative is you either go to this doctor or you choose another doctor... Yes this is my first time of me seeing this doctor but it's the same thing at every doctor's office you don't like the staff you're waiting too long and you get tired of it it's the same thing everywhere that's why I'm saying what I'm saying... I'm giving this Dr a chance because I need to see this doctor nobody recommended him I chose him that was my prerogative... Thank you...

Dr Mackie is extremely knowledgeable.  He explains in detail your condition and takes time to answer your questions.  I had a procedure done which required a follow up visit a couple of days later.  The appointment fell on a holiday.  Not a problem.  Dr. Mackie opened his office to see me on that holiday and took great care of me.   I will say that his office staff is not the best.  I have trouble scheduling appointments, getting refills done and the wait time in his office typically runs close to an hour.  I give Dr. Mackie five stars, but his office staff only three.

Great experience!! I don't know why people are complaining about the staff.  Staff is great!!!  Very courteous and helpful. The WAIT TIME is NOT their fault, they are not in control of how many patients the doctor wants to take in and how long the consultations take. Dr. Mackie is a great doctor that's why he has so many patients, hence the long wait time!!

My son had an apt at 11:00 its now 12:05 and he is still not being seen yet!  The Dr is good and friendly but the staff over books him all the time.
