Honestly they are the best at Dr. Argenal's office. I'm seriously one of those crazy parents that worries for every little thing, but they have had so much patience with me, every time I took my son, like every week....lol. They are very helpful and answer any questions you may have. Staff  may sometimes look unhappy, lol, but they are super sweet and help a lot too. Love it here.

Dr. Argenal is by far the worst doctor I've encountered. Always misdiagnosed. Customer service is horrible. The wait is ridiculous! Never see the "doctor" and when you do he tells you to use head and shoulders for a 6 month old that's ridiculous. Received a letter when I walked in the clinic because they mailed it to wrong address misspelled street name saying they no longer wanted to service my family and received a call from them 2 weeks later to follow up?? Management is beyond rude. I wish there was an option for no stars "Doctor" and manager told my wife to go nurse in her car.

Receptionist/receiving area staff reluctant to help
My daughter was a transferred pt. therefore was given instructions by receptionist to change providers to Arsenal before going in within the hr. I made appropriate changes but wouldn't have new ID card for another two weeks informing receptionist of this detail she proceeded to ask me which form of payment i was going to use. I was asked to pay for visit in full since i didn't have my new card. I asked if there was a way she could look up the insurance info as other night clinics and hospitals have been able to find it. She then asked for my confirmation #of that change (which should have been her 1st response BEFORE asking me to pay in full). She seemed disengaged in trying to make this a smooth transition to this new office.I'm disappointed as this facility has had, for the most part , good reviews. It's a nice and clean facility however when you have customer service that falls short that can be unimportant. I hope my future experiences will be a 180 from my first so i won't have to search for another pediatrician-leaving the only one my little one has had since day one.

My daughter was a patient here and after several visits past 2 yrs I have only seen Dr Argenal ONCE. it's always his PA that will see your child. She had also gotten sick one time which I paid over $100 for the visit and when I tried going for the follow up they wanted to charge me $60 just for the follow up visit.  I told receptionist I was going back for the same thing and had never been charged before at other Dr places, she said things were different there. The last time I went was in Dec 2016 and wait time was 3 hrs,  yes 3 hrs before she was seen for max of 5 mins. Receptionist was also rude and I have since switched my daughter somewhere else where she is actually seen by the Dr.

Best pediatrician! Kristy and Joaquin, the PAs that work there, are great as well. Very patient, listens well and very knowledgeable. Wonderful staff, clean office and very professional.
