Waited for an hour and was never seen - ended up walking out because I had to get back to work. Patients that checked in after me were called back and I was ignored. I was a new patient and felt disrespected - all of the other patients seemed to know the staff and were treated so much better. The front office staff is aloof and doesn't seem to care. While I was in the waiting room, a patient called and left an answering machine message that said the crown the doctor had placed a couple days earlier was falling off...not a good sign. Their 1-star yelp review is spot on. If you're a new patient, pick another doctor.

Had my first visit with Dr. Humphreys today. Warm, friendly atmosphere. Margaret did a great job with my cleaning. Gentle and thorough. Great experience all around. Will go back.
