The entire staff was so warm and welcoming (even on the eve of a holiday) and it really felt like a wonderful environment. All employees are smiling and talkative. There is a beautiful porch view of Tybee marsh that totally beats the standard doctor environment. Dr. Smith was honest and understanding of the situation regarding a tooth that needed to be extracted. I am normally extremely uneasy with dentists and have yet to find one that made me feel "taken care of" and not just another $ in their chair. Her staff handled the referral to see oral surgeon Dr. Morgan (who was also amazing, thanks!) and within two days the tooth was out & I was pain free. I can't say enough good things! I am thrilled to have found a personable dentist in the Savannah area. I will definitely be back! :)

My wife and I moved to Tybee Island 6 years ago. Dr. Jessanna Smith has been our dentist ever since. Tybee Teeth is the kindest, friendliest, and most caring dental practice we have ever experienced. We highly recommend Dr. Smith and her staff.

I grew up in Savannah, and had the same dentist for over 30 years. I always LOVED going to the dentist, was crushed when he retired! 
We tried out several dental practices for our family of 5, before we found Dr. Smith at Tybee Teeth. Dr. Smith is WONDERFUL, and her dental work is excellent. Dr Smith and her entire staff are friendly, punctual, and GREAT with the kids. Parents are welcomed to be in the exam room with their little ones (something not all dental practices allow!) After the first visit, my kids were all totally at ease and fine with me in the waiting room. Our family LOVES Tybee Teeth!

Dr. Jessanna Smith and her top notch team are not only very professional but also very friendly. Since she has been my dentist, the days of me dreading a dentist appointment are over.
