Dr. Galante was wonderful with my daughter.
He has a great bedside manner and knows how to work with children.
The receptionist's how ever are very rude and unprofessional. Only one gave a damn about the patients
Otherwise the office is clean, neat and professional.

People were nice enough. Dr Galante seemed more eager to extract my cash than my tooth. It's been almost three months since I went for initial consult and they have bungled all insurance processing and other follow ups. I have yet to be treated or told what my treatment plan will actually end up being. I asked for a copy of my xrays, was told it would cost $25 and that I needed to sign a consent form. She would email it to me. It's been a week and no email, no xrays, nothing. So I will have to call yet again.  
Insurance company told me (I've spent over an hour and a half on calls with them) Galante's office hadn't sent an explanation of therapy at first - I had to then call and ask them to do so. Then, the xrays were unreadable when the insurance company got them, and I had to ask Galante's office to send them again. It's pointless, nothing gets done right, if at all. 
The dentist who referred me to Dr Galante was annoyed when I brought the issues up to him, as though it were my problem alone to deal with. Honestly, a lot of dentists border on unethical behavior all the time in order to make a buck. Many of them have the personality of a worn out army boot.
To use an old cliche, some of my best friends are dentists. Really. But jeez...

They have recommended a bridge and a wisdom tooth extraction. They were not needed to be done when we went to another dentist.They tend to do a lot of x-rays and fillings, so ask questions..Glad to have moved out :)
