My husband and I went over to Toothfully Yours in Jersey City and discovered we were going to have Dr. Grayson doing our teeth cleaning instead of Dr. Godbole who we haven't been able to get a hold of for a couple of months. Dr. Grayson was a genial doctor. He was friendly and asked you questions to put you at ease. However when it came to teeth cleaning, he was uncannily quick. Not only did the whole process which took 5 or 10 minutes leave me concerned about the quality of his work but he also cut my lip with the polishing tool. My husband who also had his teeth cleaned that day also said that the procedure was painful for him and he was bleeding in his gums. Furthermore, my chart from a previous visit showed that I needed three fillings, however this doctor said that I didn't need them anymore. I was under the impression that if you don't get your teeth filled, the situation only gets worse rather than miraculously improve over time. In all, I need a second opinion and now I am decidedly nervous about finding a good dentist. We will not go back to Dr. Grayson. I wish his technique matched his personality.

Dr. Grayson has been my dentist for the past seven years. In that time I have always received the best of care from him and his staff. I would recommend him to anyone in the area.

A Dentist Worth Having - Jun 2, 2010 Did you ever have the tooth supporting your bridge suddenly start to loosen and hurt? Not only did that happen, but my two back teeth had not held and were causing a lot of pain. Prepared to experience a horrendous dental visit, I walked into Dr. Grayson's office. I was initially impressed by the professional manner of the receptionist who took the necessary information; then I met Dr. Grayson. Dr. Grayson is a kind, reassuring person whose calm manner helped allay my fears. After examining my mouth and taking x-rays, Dr. Grayson explained what needed to be done. I was delighted when he told me he could replace the faulty tooth with an addition to the bridge, thus eliminating the need for a new bridge. I was also happy to learn that the entire procedure could be handled in 2-3 visits. Having had many teeth extracted during my lifetime. I was surprised that Dr. Grayson's method did not involve a series of visits entailing temporary teeth and so on. Instead he took impressions of the offending tooth and, on the next visit, removed that tooth and expertly placed the amended bridge in place. It is important to have a dentist who is calm and reassuring; however, beyond that, in my opinion, it is especially important to have a dentist who has the expertise to do what needs doing. Thelma L. We have been most satisfied patients of Dr.David Grayson for many years. Both my wife and I found Dr. Grayson to be a caring competend and able Dentist whose prime interest is the complete satisfaction of his patients and development of a good realationship. The recent channel 13 TV news blip on painless dentistry via hynosis shows clearly the constant striving of this man do explore and apply new methods of treatment to assue a more painless and comfortable environment for his patients. We thank him for many difficylt situations he was able to treat to our complete satisfaction Thank you Dr. Grayson
