I'm really displeased with the service I had today. I came in time for my appointment, and did all the formalities. Then I had to wait for 2 and a half hours in the waiting room while everyone else were being checked in. But I of course waiting like an idiot. So i've asked one of the receptionist about why I was waiting too long and that my appointment was 2 hours ago! Then the receptionist said something about "everyone was being seen for different things". And that I had to wait longer? I was so appalled with how disorganized this place is! Do not come come here!

I have a lot of dental problems and I'm the past I went to offices where the dentist's treating me like garbage and made me feel horrible about the state of my mouth. These dentists treated me like a human being and took excellent care of me. They went above and beyond to help me and never once made me feel bad. They're staff worked hard to get the approvals I needed from my insurance so I could get all the work done I needed. My insurance company sucks and tried to deny everything and the staff could have gave up but they didn't. I would recommend this office to everyone. They are fantastic people that care about their patients.

This is a very good dental office. The hygienists all are friendly, courteous, fast, and do painless cleaning. The dentists are knowledgeable and friendly. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an appointment. They are also flexible with scheduling.  The front office staff is also great.

Too many negatives to even waste my time writing them all. I never post reviews though so heed the warning and approach this ofc with caution. I would have given 1 star, but instead gave them 2 for accommodating an emergency appt. However, the appt turned out to be useless and we probably should have just scheduled elsewhere to begin with. 
I can't comment on the dentist, but the front desk staff needs a crash course in customer service and communication skills. As a medical professional myself, I expect more from those who interact with the medically frail (brought my 72 yr old mother for an emergency appt). Front desk staff is the first impression you get and needs to be top-notch. An MD is only as good as his front desk staff because in all reality,  these are the people you interact with most.  Dr. Galante, I suggest you start asking for pt reviews of their visits to see if our experience was isolated or commonplace.

DO NOT GO HERE.....this place took 18 x-rays my first visit.....first off the dentist tried telling me I need a night guard after I told him I grind my teeth in the day....all he wants to do is sell you things....they tried also upselljng me on a 20$ flouride mouth rinse.....

Now let's get on to the worst part the dentist.....this dentist is so extremely unprofessional.....after they took 18 x-rays I walked in and he said you have 4 cavities, see the secretary for an appointment....no explanations, no examination nothing.....all this guy cares about is money....he schedules fillings every 30 minutes and rushes through them....I've had over 20 fillings I my life and have never had a problem, or a so-called dentist who rushed trough a filling in litterally 8 minutes......

     The fillings I got last week were also rushed and have been bleeding every time I brush my teeth, and have jagged edges on the inside so sharp I can't floss.........Today when I came In for another 2 fillings he told me he could only do one because of "a time issue" and then proceeded to rush through the filling, never even asking me to rinse.....Mind you I have been extremely polite and essentially an ideal patient up untill this point.....when he was done rushing like a maniac I told him my teeth weren't lining up like they used to and then he wanted to argue with me when I told him my jaw wasent closing or lining up like it used too..............AVOID this dentist at all costs he could care less about your mouth and all he cares about are his pockets....no honor or pride or integrity at all in the bum who calls himself a dentists work...this is your mouth, your body, don't let this loser put his dirty paws in your mouth....all he wants to do is take your money....
