My experience with office was fantastic. Unfortunate circumstances arose and I arrive late and they were very understanding. The DOCTOR was fabulous. Took away all my fear and anxiety. Took the time to help me understand what was going on.
The place is great. The atmosphere is great and people is very nice. Dr. Kruper has a lot of patience and dedication to his patients. He takes a lot of time to listen and to answer all my questions. He has solved issues that I had had since I was a kid! When surgery is needed, he is very prompt to schedule and follow up, and is always available for follow up questions. The office accommodates my needs every time I need an appointment. I live this Doctor and I love this place. Thank you!
Dr. Kruper is the best doctor I have ever had! Very considerate to your needs, asks you questions, and makes you feel as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend him as an ENT. Very thankful he helped fix my broken nose and breathing issues.
Dr. Kruper is the best ENT I have ever had. As a patient of his, he is incredibly thorough and his bedside manner is only second to his knowledge. As a dentist not only am I a patient I recommend patients to him. Staff and office are amazing. Don’t think twice, you have found your ENT.
Dr. Kruper has been very kind and compassionate during my thyroid issues. Hes taken his time to explain every concern I've had. I dont feel like just another patient. Surgery went smoothly and he saved half which was a huge concern for me. Next week I'll follow up and hopefully that will be it. I highly recommend him. Hes going to continue to be a wonderful dr. If he stays on the track hes on. Everyone in the office has been very kind and helpful too. I'm glad things didn't go as planned in my home state of Wisconsin and I came back to my old dr in Illinois, otherwise I'd be in a mess. Lake county ENT took great care of me.
Dr. Kruper is fantastic! He’s so funny and considerate and is never in a rush to kick you out of the office. He’s the reason why I’m finally able to breathe after all these years. Thanks to everyone at Lake County ENT!
I have been seeing Dr. Kruper for a few weeks now. If you need an ENT he is the one to see.,He takes time to explain things. Just a down to earth good physician.
