Regarding Sayed Musa's comment about the care his wife received at Matlock Family Clinic, I was also involved in this case. Contrary to Sayed Musa's understanding of what happened, we performed the work up for his wife's vaginal bleeding, including pelvic ultrasound which showed a very large mass in her ovary, and we referred her to specialist immediately. There was no findings of pregnancy at the time she was seen.

Please listen to the other ratings!  I went in for a follow up from the ER. I Had the ER test results and ER doctors recommendations, as well as medical records from prior treatment. This doctor completely ignored all of it!!! He practically argued with me about what I did and did not receive from the ER and other doctor although the proof was there!! Then tried to prescribe me a anti depressant!  I told him to just keep it!  I used to think that Doctors of the Asian culture really valued the practice of medicine and cared about the well being of their patients. Not this practice! Needless to say, I will not be returning. In the past, all he did was offer allergy shots, and prescriptions anyway. Go elsewhere!

I waited an hour and a half to be seen and then the doc only talked to me for a minute. I came in for chest pains, but the doctor seemed more concerned with treating my skin even though I reassured him I was already aware what my skin problems were. They completely ignored the problem I actually came in for and then walked out of the room before I could further address my concerns. I have no idea what the prescription they gave me is for because they didn't bother explain before sending me on my way. This office is an office that only cares about collecting your money and not your well being.

Everyone please please don't go to see this doctor if you think you need a doctor they are not doctors it's just in and out burger they have no experience how they will give you shots for everything. I lost my week's old baby my wife had to go to emergency for her surgery because this doctor she visited them 4 times they never check like other doctors they just said oh it's ok maybe this maybe that 4 times they did blood test and other tests but still didn't know my wife was pregnant she did bleed for 2 months they said it's normal mps ughhh too much to write here but please if you think you a doctor this place is not for you it's just in and out

Very rude help desk and assistant. As a health insurance agency, we have many Vietnamese clients who cannot speak English so well that's why we have to choose him as a Dr. But whenever I call in to ask about what insurance plan do they accept. I always receive a cold answer or unhelpful. If there are more Vietnamese Dr. around here, I won't ever refer my clients over there.
