The front lady neelu is very rude. Although doctor is really good but i still never want to come here. Now, yesterday was my last day to visit i will never come here.

I had worst experience with front desk lady neelu. Its feel like killing me. she was really rude to me and making face, as if I am annoying her. I called to her to know lab timings she said its 9 to 2 pm according to me. But she refused it. I agreed might be she is right.. i might heard it wrong. When i was waiting in waiting area she told me to go and sit somewhere else however there was two, three chairs out there. I asked her she was giving me faces. She was extermely rude to me. Not at all polite. When i came early there was another patient there she said she has an appointment today but that lady neelu said to her " your appointment is not today it's tomorrow ". I think we all are stupid. Let's suppose she is right all the time. She should have sone manners to talk to people. Doctor is good but i still never wanted to come here again. I am coming coz only coz of my gynecologist.

Dr. Rana's knowledge is excellent. His front desk staff is a bit curt but I guess when you have patients who don't want to pay their copays, you have to be like that. i feel bad for them... Daily they have to explain why payment has to be done. Also The lady who does the ultrasound is very very nice. Between her and dr Rana I have no complaints!

Horrible Experience.... Neelu at front office has no manners to talk,Dr Rana is still ok... Wnt go this office ever.

Way back in 2003 when I had high risk pregnancy this doctor helped me and explained things as to what the problem was. Agree he doesn't talk well but I would not risk my pregnancy just because of his behaviour. I would definitely go to him for the knowledge and experience he has.
