I referred several coworkers and friends to Dr. Jasen Kobobel because I felt he knew his stuff. I was very impressed with him and believe he is thorough. I even had some good experiences with his staff but somewhere along the line "incompetence is running rampant there". They take months to scan in your medical records, days to refill medication, weeks to call in a referral and they will tell you to come in asap for a walk in appointment scheduled hours later only to get there and be told it's not available. They can call for a survey on their service quicker than a medical referral or a refill. My concern is; in August my son needed a referral to a specialist, they told us if we don't hear anything in 5-days to call back. Called back once a week for 3-weeks to make sure it was sent. Finally demanded the name of the Doctor and contacted them myself only to find out they just received the referral a few days earlier. I stressed all along my son will be off my insurance by the end of the calendar year which "HF always screws that up too". My son needs to be seen ASAP to confirm or deny a serious illness. Going on week 2 for the referral office to set up the appointment, can't win!!! Normally I would not write a review good or bad but Dr Kobobel needs to be aware of how bad things are running in his business!

Dr. Kobobel is a very knowledgeable and a great doctor. I have been a patient of his for 6-7 years. He is very kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. And he has always been very innovative and up on all new medical technology and medicines. It is always a short wait time in his office and you aren't waiting for hours, to get in. I recommend him to anyone looking for a brilliant doctor to care for their health.

Yeah, was thinking about using this guy as a Primary care physician, until I looked him up and thought better of it. Any doctor who believes the political propaganda is questionable; any doctor who actually re-posts the stuff is not someone I want monitoring my health.
