10-12-17 Thursday.....today was my Mom's New Patient appointment with Dr. Kumar....I called the office yesterday and spoke to Jamilette and said "My Mother is a new patient and I would like to make an appointment"...she said "can she come tomorrow at 3:30pm?"....I was SO excited that the Doctor could see Mom so quickly!.....The building seemed a little older but the staff was very nice and friendly. The Medical Assistant Lisa took us back and took all Mom's info and vitals. Then we met Dr Kumar....very polite, professional AND THOROUGH!....didn't sugar coat anything!.....looked at my Mom's medical records (she is 77 years old) and has a lot of health issues....took the time to review most of her records right in front of us....examined my mom thoroughly, and just had a wonderful bedside manner!....I was VERY impressed!.....then he talked to me privately about my Mom which I thought was very thoughtful...not sure I liked what he told me but it was the truth and that's what I needed to hear....we will be going back in 2 weeks for a follow up. A+++++

I've been with Dr Kumar for 12 years. He's an excellent doctor and at critical times he was totally there for me I cld just show up in the parking lot before they opened and they wld get me in.

Totally changed my outlook on doctors! They make sure I am healthy and care about my well-being!

I was very grumpy but this doctor was willing to take the time to listen!
