After fighting kidney stones for weeks and having numerous ER visits, I was finally admitted to the hospital and the house urologist for the day removed the kidney stones. A few days later I was admitted to the hospital again due to complications and then saw a different urologist. This is where I met Dr. Glick. He put a stint in that relieved the pain and it stayed for about 10 days before he removed it. This doctor knows his stuff, he has an incredible background and he is a no-nonsense professional. I was a mess and he assured me that I'd be up and chasing my toddler before I knew it! If you need the best, look no further!

I'm not one to write many reviews but I wish I had found a review on him before I went. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Gick. He may be an excellent doctor however I felt like I completely wasted my time going to him. He seemed uninterested. Maybe he was having a bad day I'm not sure, but I have to miss work to go to the doctors how about treating my time as important as his time seemed to be to him. Long story short i went because I have passed about 5 painful kidney stones in the past 6 years. I wanted to find out ways to prevent it. On my last scan they found stones on the right side but I had the majority of the pain on the left. It's reoccuring pain and who wants to be in pain and not know why? I brought documents from my primary doctor. His very brief, uninterested break down on my situation was basically "I don't know why you're having pain on your left side." And "Drink more water, don't eat the foods on this list." After that he gave me an option to give a urine and blood sample to another lab and come back in a month to see what type of stones and why I'm producing them. No interest in the reoccuring pain on my left. Honestly the option was introduced probably after he saw the disappointment in my face. I took the option to do the urine and blood feeling almost shamed for wasting his time. Honestly I felt the "I don't give a S " coming from him the entire 2 minutes he spoke to me. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Hopefully this helps others when choosing a urologist or maybe he reads this and realizes that there is a reason people go to a specialist and he treats his next patient with a better attitude and a little more understanding. After having multiple stones I felt it was time to see a specialist. Now I'll deal with it and if it gets worse I'll find someone else.

Omg. This office it the worst. I had procedure to remove kidney stone. I called the day before procedure and they knew nothing. Then was told waiting on insurance. My insurance doesn't need authorization but I called anyways. They had nothing. Called office again and me and nurse went around with not so nice words. Procedure was put off for another month. Now in hospital passing a 10mm stone. Stone is now stuck half way to bladder.worst Dr office I have been too. Stay away. Kidney is twice as big as other one. Could have lost my kidney because someone at this office didn't do their job.
