Awesome doctor and team! I visited the office of Dr. Bidani this week. He and his team treated us like 5 stars! I felt nothing but real concern and care for my father. They went out of their way to help us get a last minute appointment and care for my Father. They could see that we are very worried about his safety and went the extra mile for us. They also made it seem like it was no bother at all. Great Team Dr. Bidani!!

Worst office ever. He is a good doctor, but I wait every visit for over an hour before seeing the nurse for vitals, then another hour or so to see him. Then they have the nerve to charge for office visits exceeding an hour. When I call to dispute all I get is "we will call you back" and never hear anything. I go into the office and am told that is just one of the five billing codes. So I get over billed for them constantly overbooking and wasting my time in the waiting room?? This office is a joke. I needed a form filled out since he did my scope and I was told they would submit it to Aetna. Two weeks later I find out they didn't and couldn't even call me to tell me they weren't going to sign it after all.

I haven't seen him in his office yet, but both my husband and I have seen him in the hospital for emergency GI'S and he is the most thorough GI I know and his PA

I have been seeing Dr Bidani since 1996 and if he was as bad as these previous reviews said I wouldn't still be seeing him 18yrs later. I have Chrohn's disease and have many colonoscopies and upper GI's with Dr Bidani and I never have any issues. And as for bed side manners he is very compassionate and explains things so that I can understand. I am very appalled by the reviews. As for his wait time at his office it is a bit lengthy but that is because he spends time with each patient and doesn't rush them in an out. I would definitely recommend Dr Bidani

Colonoscopies aren't fun, that's for sure, but Dr. Bidani is awesome, as is his staff.
