Like to start bu saying, that doctor. Santoyo hast ben my doctor, my family and many friends for 20 plus years. Never have a complaint with him or the staff. How ever we can't juge him for his staff actions. He have serve me well every time a I have put a step on his clinic. Walk in seek came out felling lot better. Unfortunately I move out the area. And I miss him so much. And I never like the fact that he will retire one day. Cause you can't fine this kind of doctors anywhere. But I know one day he hast too. And lots of patients will be missing him. I really recommend and have recommended him, thru my 20 plus years that I know him. Not one person has ben unsatisfied. He is really good on what he does. Hilly recommend hin. Hope this help.

Horrible.... First off 2 nurses who had their backs to the patient the whole time. The doctor with his face on the table and didn't check me at all because he could barely stay up. My mother has pain all over her body and all he said is things we know, and didn't look at the patient at all or explain anything. The 2 nurses just stood there having a conversation with each other the whole time. Don't go When I asked for the medical record the clerk Said no!!! Like wth no, she's like we can't and then finally they said yes but charged me $10 for a paper so I said no thank you and left Seriously thinking of reporting him, reading the reviews he prescribes medicine without physical examination that's what happened to my mother. I fear there's something seriously wrong with her and $130 after I am back to square one with her since this horrible doctor refused to be a doctor.

The Dr is great, but the staff is horrible, they are not sympathetic at all, all of them always with a negative attitude, the three times I went there, they always gave me a problem on weather they could see or not, and I always had to speak to the Dr myself in order for them to fit me in. Today I called 45 mins before my appt asking to move my appt up a few mins because I live two hours away and I didn't want to miss my appt and they would rather loose a self pay pt, $105 for a 10 min appt, before seeing me past my time, I'm glad it happened, because I found another doctor in Manassas for cheaper and closer to me. Those people are not customer service oriented at all, they are too rude!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. He kept prescribing Ibuprofen to my mother without any exams completed for her medical condition. Turns out it was lowering her platelet count and made 100x worst. The hospital said they were baffled on why he never referred her to a specialist or hospital
