This office does not provide the patient with up-front information to include what things cost, cost breakdowns (insurance vs patient amounts).
I got no information before surgury to even include where I had to go to get the surgery.
Question: where else in life does someone provide a service and only afterward do you find out what it costs (a suprise after the fact).
You have to pull information out of them to get it.
