I've only been going to Dr. Heinrichs for about 6 months or so and in that short time I have come to love her. Dr. Heinrichs is a wonderful dentist aswell as person. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I love the office it is beautiful and not overrun with patients waiting. She is always on time. I can't say enough and I would definitely recommend her to anyone for a great dental experience.

Very upset. My experience with Dr. Julia Heinrichs is that she cares too much about money, not in customer service or patient's satisfaction. Be careful on her estimate.. Make sure you check with your insurance on any treatments. Don't count on her estimate on your copay portion.
Anyway I left her office in upset and disappointment.

At first I loved Dr. Skidmore and then I figured out that she would suggest and sell things that are not necessary. She tried to get me to spend so much money on things I didn't need including a couple of fillings that my dentist now says were not necessary. She also said i needed a mouth guard, which woukd cost close to $300 and again my dentist told me that it is no necessary. I was always very specific about not going outside of my insurance on regular check ups but now they say I owe them because they became out of network and they didn'the tell me. Don't go here itso more of a hassle than anyone needs and you will end up spending way more than necessary on things you don't need. She maybe nice but what she is doing is a scam.

I have been going there for 3 or 4 years now.  I have referred several of my coworkers to Dr Skidmore.   They are wonderful, nice and very professional.   I actually enjoy going to this dentist.

I Absolutely LOVE it! Who would have ever thought going to the dentist would be such a soothing experience. Everyone is so gentle and really cares for you like you are family. They explain everything to you so you understand and are very willing to help in any aspect of taking care of your dental health because they know your dental health is important for your over all health!
