My husband and I have been going to Dr Brewer at Gentle Dental for 15 years. Dr. Brewer and his staff are always very professional and knowledgeable. After I had an unfortunate faceplant which took out my new bridge, they worked me in immediately and offered prompt treatment. I ended up getting implants, which Dr. Brewer could do right at his office, as he is certified to do implants. I have never had anything but top notch service at this practice, and I reccommend them highly.

When I sent a request online, they contacted me sooner than I anticipated. I got an appointment for the following day, and my overall experience was very comfortable. This was my first time coming in for dental work by myself, and they were very patient answering questions and walking me through the what to expect out of my visit. I've had friends go to other dentists where they'll offer extra services making it seem like their insurance will cover it, just to find that that was not the case and they get hit with a huge bill to pay at the end of the day. GD was not like this for the most part, they offered me additional services and they would walk back to make sure my insurance would cover it. When some services were out of my pay range, I felt more comfortable simply scheduling a visit for a later date when I can pay that amount. They did offer me a fluoride mask and did not mention that that would be an extra charge...but that's ok it wasn't too expensive I would just have liked to have known that upfront. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Oh my goodness. They are lifesavers!!! No one could get me in on Saturday, but these guys not only got me in, but stayed 2 hours past closing!! I chipped both of my front teeth and they got me in and acted fast! They are so kind and knew what to do right away. They took great care of me. The dentist Dr. Brown is so down to earth and knows exactly how you feel. They assured me everything was okay and i would look great after she was done. Her helper Nina was so gentle and kind and they were both there for me for every little thing I needed. Great dental services! Highly recommended!!

Wish I'd read the online reviews before going here! They tell you that you need all kinds of things that you don't need. They tell you it's going to be one amount and then try to claim later that you owe more than the original agreed upon amount. You'll make an appointment for one thing and they'll tell you that you need other things and you have to come BACK another time. It's just an awful practice.

They fit my in on a Saturday with one day notice for an emergency tooth extraction. They were busy and there was some waiting around in the chair, but I'm just glad to have been squeezed in. The 5th star is missing because they put my optional pain medication on the same prescription as my other one, meaning it couldn't be phoned in. That cost me an extra 20 min waiting at the pharmacy.
