I wish I didnt have to give a star because they deserve 0, that office is a joke they are so rude! I saw Rita Baron my first time and loved her, but that office staff is awful, I'm now seeing a new Dr with a wonderful staff, I don't recommend this place those ladies need to get off their high horse and have a little respect for their bosses patients

Dr. Boken was amazing! She was there from the first appointment to delivery and post delivery. Highly recommended!

I love Dr.Boken....she always has a smile and very friendly..... Makes a visit easier.

Staff has always been friendly....for such a busy office...they keep it friendly and very helpful

I called to make an appointment & the first lady I spoke with was very nice & helpful but when she transferred me that lady was very rude, unprofessional & began to yell at me. I was asked by her what type of health insurance I had & that they don't take welfare kind, then she asked for some personal information (social number) I then said I have a PPO with an employer, I am not on any welfare stuff at all & I refused to give any personal information like that over the phone, I would gladly come in & fill out any paper work needed. The lady then yelled at me saying that they will not & can not take me in & just make an appointment without gathering up my personal information first, then they'll get back to me by phone if my insurance & I are approved to be seen. (I will take myself, my insurance & my money else where since this doctor's office has rude people that don't help or do there job right!)

My doctor is not Lori, but Andrea Boone.  I would say my experience there is by far the worst I have had.  I was hospitalized last year for a lower bowel resection, emergency surgery.  After that, I was told that Visalia ObGyn was the best in town, and the only doctor taking new patients was Dr. Boone.  So I went to see her.  I have stage 4 endometriosis.  The options I was given by her were: have a full hysterectomy or go on Lupron Depot and Norethindrone and then try to get pregnant.  Since I want children we opted for the latter.  I did 6 months of that treatment.  Then had a triple hernia operation in December.  My husband researched the best surgeons for endo and found Dr. Camran Nezhat. I went and had excision surgery in March.  I called in to Dr. Boone to schedule an appointment because of pain I am having due to the endometriosis.  I let them know about the surgery I had in March.  They asked if they referred me.  I told them no.  Their response was then if he did the surgery you need to go see him.  I let Susan, who answered the phone, know that he is 5 hours away and that's not possible.  She then said she would see if they could fit me in and would call me back.  I ended up going to see my general practice doctor, since they did not call back that day.  The next day, they called back and said this:  Dr. Boone would like me to relay a message to you.  You need to keep seeing the other doctor.  I almost did not know how to respond.  They were refusing to see me because I had gone and gotten surgery without their referral.  Really?  I asked to speak to the manager, who was polite and said she would address this issue.  I hope she does as I have never been "fired" as a patient before and the customer service from Dr. Boone and her staff is truly lacking.
