I do not see Dr. Holvik, but one of the NPs on staff (Noah) and my experience has been nothing but awesome. I transferred from my physician at VMC after having very little personal attention and effort made to help me figure out what was going on with me. Noah has listened and made me feel as though he actually wants to help. Other than one misplaced insurance card, my contact with the office has always been courteous and professional, and calls are always returned the same day or next if I leave a message too late. I am SO happy we switched providers.

Had been going there for 20 years. I used to love the experience and the Dr... but something changed. I don't know what happened but, the service went down hill. The office lost all patients records from 2013 back to forever!!! When my family went in they acted like we had never been there before. They didn't know the medications what we had been treated for and how we were all related. I went in for an eye infection and a sever cold. A new Doctor saw me from across the room and said he thought I had a scratch on my eye. I reminded him I had just told him the itching and pain started out in the other eye first and didn't think a scratch could switch eyes. He still never came across the room to examine me close up. This was just one of the tales of woe about how they stopped listening or caring. All the great support staff quit and so did my whole family and extended family.

09-01-17 I have been a patient for 17 years. I have a chronic connective tissue disorder that require regular cardiac medications. This office is in a rapid downhill spiral that has occurred over the last two years. 15 times in the last few years i have been put in the position of going as long as two weeks without vital medication. three times landing me in the ER over Christmas. This occurs far too often. My pharmacy has worked extensively to get his office to respond and refill my and my family's necessary medications. I tried to speak to the office manager, she was rude, defensive, and just out and out lied . I finally told his front desk that I would like to transfer my and my sons records to PA Mark Sisemore who cared for me years earlier at Holvic Family Healthcare. Today I filled out the medical record transfer after Dr Sisemore's staff assured me he was accepting new patients. This afternoon I was called by Dr Sisemore's kind staff informing me that they cannot accept me because Dr Holvik' sent them a fax telling them to refuse me as a patient. They are pressured due to the fact that Dr Holvik is the medical director of the Sisemore practice. This is a physician shortage area and finding an MD can be difficult. Dr Holvik out of a sick revenge for my complaining about their poor services, has put me in a PATIENT ABANDONMENT position. Shame on him! I have worked in healthcare since 1983 and have never come across such unprofessional and unethical behavior! The manager and staff refuse to accept any responsibility for the incompetence. She even called me a liar when I told her that when the Dr vacations over the Christmas holidays they should have a plan for Rx renewal. She said she has worked there for thirteen years and he has never left over Christmas. She is the liar. She is too prideful to work in any capacity that involves patients. Responsibility comes before pride. I had cardiac tests on December 2nd and have yet to get the results of my outcome. 9 months!!! and every-time I go in, they still say they are not back. They should try calling and get me the results. The last time I saw Dr Holvik i asked him if he finally read about my rare disorder. His resopnce was "I'm not going to do all that reading for just one patient" What a pathetic horrid clinic this is. I wouldn't take my dog there! Time for a call to the Medical Board. BTW...every time I enter this office...it smells like thel latest catered lunch from a pharmaceutical company. Not like a medical office should smell...Clean and professional.

I've been going here for years! Now it takes them days to return a call and there are never enough doctors but they offer walk ins... really? I needed to get my child some medicine. Of course they didn't have any openings because there's not enough doctors . So the receptionist said to take her to urgent care. What doctors office recommends you to go to the urgent care just for medicine? I'm fed up with this place. DO NOT PLACE YOUR HEALTH IN THIER HANDS!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DR OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!

I had made my son an apt here to get his physical done to get into kindergarden 3 months ago and I always thought that every doctors office was suppose to call the day before to confirm the apt, which i do rely on. I missed the apt and rescheduled. Turns out they billed me 80$ for not showing up even though i never got a confirmation call. I tried to fight it and the manager called me a liar and continued to tell me that i got a phone call and said they left a message. I went to to my rescheduled apt for my son and they brought us into a room, never closed the door and was very rude to me in front of my 2 children saying that my apt got cancelled and im responsible for paying 80$ and they only do a confirmation call as a courtesy but if they dont call then oh well. This office is the biggest bunch of crooks, they are extremely rude, trashy. I will never go here ever. Btw they scheduled an apt for my boyfriend without his knowledge, didnt give him his "courtesy" call and is billing us for 80$.
