Getting new Dr. for my family and I. I am a very laid back person and it takes A LOT for me to put in a bad review, but my experience with Dr. Ello is horrible. I am constantly having problems with her care, and she never fills your prescriptions when they get called in, and i got told she was faxing them a few days ago, so as I have been going to get them the past few days I have thought she was busy, but today I am withdrawing so when they weren't faxed today, I called Ello back and she won't fax them until my next visit, the little lady I spoke to on the phone put her supervisor on and squeezing me in tomorrow, but I am going to get a new physician after tomorrow, because she could have AT LEAST called me to tell me that instead of having me wait to call again now that I'm having withdrawals without my antidepressants which is highly illegal and she could get sued for that.
