I been taking my kids since they were born to reliance medical center to dr singer . I was denied to take my daughter because her dad missed her appointment which we aren't together so i tried to talk to them and tell them but they didn't care. Also the appointment are so far out. It took me 4 months to get a appointment.

We just had the worst experience with this office. We made an appt, we went to the appt but we were told that they were unable to see us because they didn't have the paperwork from our pediatrician in Idaho (we had just moved) We were not told that they needed anything else, it was the first time we had heard about it. We rescheduled the appt and were unable to make it, so we called to reschedule. We were told that we didn't have an appt, and then received a letter stating that because we 'no called, no showed' 3 times we were unable to be seen. Feeling frustrated that these were untrue statements I called and was told there was nothing that could be done because that was what was in the file. I think it was a blessing in disguise because we found a wonderful ped after that.
