I have been waiting months for them to call me I thought they were just booked out. Asked my dr about it yesterday and she said they should have called me in NOVEMBER! Ugh been waiting on chronic pain for way tooo long for this. Hopefully their care is outstanding and can change my review. But so far I am not happy. They didn’t even have a excuse as to why they never called me. Just wow Update... I have gone to a few appointments now and am actually on something that helps some issues. Things are improving.

One of the wwors experiences I've ever had. I originally saw a doctor there a few years ago. After only seeing me twice, he prescribed me THC oil. He even went so far as to text "his distributor" my information but because of HIPA regulations I was required to hit the send button. However, I explained that I was married to a law enforcement officer and regardless as to whether or not this was legal, he would not permit this to be in our home. I was deemed as being confrontational and going against medical advice and was subsequently dismissed from this Physician's practice. I subsequently found a different doctor, who I adored, and saw her for a couple of years until she moved back to the Midwest. With very little pain management doctors where we live I was forced to go back to this practice with their "permission" . Upon returning there, my first appointment was canceled the day before due to overbooking. Keep in mind I had to wait nearly three months for this appointment... on my next appointment I showed up and they said that I was there on the wrong day. I played for them the voicemail that I had luckily saved from the day before, where they were confirming my appointment. They had no explanation but once again I was not seen. On my next attempt I was supposed to be the first appointment of the morning. I waited for an hour and 15 minutes without being seen. While I was waiting another patient arrived who was handicapped. They took him back first and almost immediately. I clearly heard him state that his appointment was scheduled for an hour and a half after my arrival time. They told me that because of his physical condition they were going to go ahead and take him first. Little did I know that he was a new patient and his new patient appointment would take in excess of an hour. After waiting for three hours I finally gave up and insisted that they call and speak to my doctor's office before I left, and explained every scenario that I had been through with their office so that my primary care doctor would know that all of this was out of my control. They are by far the most unprofessional, rude and unorganized office I've ever dealt with. I now go to V5 Medical They are amazing Dr. Manawatu (sp) is wonderful. You may have to wait a little while once you're there to see him but that's because he spent a great deal of time with each one of his patients. Follow-up visits are usually scheduled with his physician's assistant who is also very thorough but she is very quick. I highly recommend V 5 medical over this joke of a practice.

While some of the providers aren't bad, I will agree. It's hard to go to a doctor when the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Got an appointment for Friday morning, had a confirmation text at 10 a.m. on Thursday morning. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early because that's the general rule and the doors were locked. The problem with Lynx Healthcare is that nobody in the Trios building knows what's going on with them. And they have one phone number for most of their Washington locations. There's no way to get ahold of them to find out what the heck is going on in other offices. So I am to assume that every single office in the state of Washington and Oregon that's related to Lynx Healthcare is closed today. Because I called every single one of them and was routed to voicemail. But I don't know for sure, because I never got a message saying that anything was going on. I'm really frustrated. 1 * is being incredibly nice right now.

The PA I saw the first time said I will probably see someone different everytime - lol not a big deal I thought and she was polite and caring. She forgot to write me a prescription and I tried to call (as did the pharmacy) and see if she could get it to the called in to the pharmacy - no avail - I got a recording and was unable to leave a message and they did not have a doctor on call according to the pharmacy - I figured I would say something when I went back for my second visit- 30 days went by and I arrive, I am asked by the receptionist for all the same verification of insurance and ID for their records as I was asked 30 days prior and also to fill out a form describing my pain level and other information better suited for the physician and their stenographer (had to review an MRI anyway) - so I said something to the receptionist about how I felt about the redundancy... Got called in to see a Doctor Wong the greeter asked me for my birthdate and I told her. She then asked me again for my birthdate. I said I just told you that and told her again? The doctor came in and immediately asked me if I had a problem!!?! “With time no less?” I answered no? and he must have disagreed? He immediately said that he thought I did and he heard I had attitude from several of the staff and went on and on about it trying to force an issue he believed? At this point I am offended!!! “I only talked to two staff (1) receptionist and (2) the greeter?” He was very confrontational. So I got up and put my coat on and left. I would not recommend these people for multiple reasons..... To long of list to list. Absolutely the craziest experience I have had at a doctors?? Still scratching my head... I own my own business’ and if my staff or any of my associates spoke to my patients/clients like Dr Wong did, he would be written up and sent to bedside manor schooling lol. I see other reviews on here and wonder if they all think because they work at a pain management clinic that all their patients are drug atticts or something. All I can say is that they all take oaths and they should follow them to the best of their ability. The oath does not say be rude and confrontational. Crazy?

Always professional always curtious. I have been a patient for over 3 years. I have been seen by every Dr. On the team and each lends a unique perspective. I suffered a traumatic brain injury when I was in the Army. I was never treated for the injury symptoms. For over a decade I gradually learned how to cope with issues like short term memory loss. Dr. Decter recommended that I see a speech therapist. At first I thought this was a strange recommendation. None the less they put in the request to VA Choice. I have completed three appointments. Amazing. I have been learning new and helpful tools. I know I have much to learn yet. If Dr. Decter and I had never met I would not be making new progress. Thank you Lynx team.
