I agree with the other review. She had a very soothing voice, but did not use that to provide good care. I was in earlier today for my first visit at this clinic. The tech instructed me to disrobe and cover with a couple of pieces of paper (standard). I had gotten undressed but not covered when she (the tech) knocked on the door and barged in, asking about a medication. I tried to cover myself but the paper was small and folded up. Instead of apologizing, this girl just stood there demanding an answer. I told her to leave as I was stark naked and wanted my dignity back. I told Dr Gasca-Holtz about the incident when she came in a few minutes later and her response was "well we see naked bodies all day so to us it's no big deal." super! Good for you! I'm a clinician too and if I see my patients uncovered, I apologize and give them a chance to cover up! It's called basic common courtesy! If you've been a doctor so long you've forgotten you're treating a person not a body, then you are not the doctor for me! When I shut down and stopped talking (at this point I felt like asking her to leave so I could reschedule, but didn't want to make a scene), she said "I don't know what else you want me to say, it happens." suffice it to say, we did not build rapport and I will not be trusting her with my womanly issues any time soon. 

Thankfully, another md in this practice was highly recommended so I'll give him a try next time. That's the only reason she gets 1 star. Luck of proximity to quality providers.

Dr. Gasca-Holtz was one of the worst physicians I have ever had. She was very impersonal, she was not helpful when I had questions, and I quite frankly I believe that she recommended medical procedures to be provided that weren't necessary.
