As a child, I was forced to receive treatment from Eva McCullars at this location. She still works here. When she drugged me, I had been complaining about my mother's choice of men. It turned out my father molested me and my step-sister, my mom's boyfriend John Pearson later raped two teenage girls and video taped it, and another of my mom's boyfriends was an ex-convict. The mix of pharmaceuticals was Lithium and Addreall, which was an acceptable mix according to the DSM, but it was a mood stabilizer and a mood agitator; like vodka-redbull, it messed me up. Eva McCullars messed me up for tens years increases the doses, and added prescriptions without changing the baseline prescriptions. Nothing will ever be done because she followed an ever-changing DSM, but I insist that Eva McCullars should be in jail for child abuse. I got better after quitting the pharmaceutical cocktail cold turkey.

My son is an out- patient at Horizon.  He recently broke his hip.  A few weeks after this incident, he was having voices in his head (he's bi-polar).  To be safe, he thought checking himself in would be a good idea.  However, because he was on a walker, they wouldn't let him in.  They sent him to YRMC.  They talked to Horizon and there was nothing that could be done. He left, he fell, got a busted lip.  Thanks to a kind security guard, he was helped.  He walked with his walker ONE MILE and re-damaged his leg.  My son tried to commit suicide back in June 2016, and he's court mandated to stay here.  If I had the money I'd sue these people for all they were worth.  There is no communication between them and the case managers.  Worst experience of my life (more so for my son)
