Took off work to go to come to an appointment for a physical, turned out the front office had made the appointment for before a year so the insurance wouldn't cover it.  The nurse had me seen by the doctor so they could charge me for the appointment.  When I complained she, agreed to waive the fee.  Then they submitted to the insurance anyway, and somehow managed to bill me for more than my co-pay.  Not only have referrals not been submitted as the other person said, she also doesn't respond to refill requests from the pharmacy.  When I request paper copies because of exactly this issue, they try to refuse.  
Overall, go somewhere else.

Usually spend 45 mins waiting for a 5 min appointment where she doesnt listen to you. Says she will put in referrals but never does. I've had to find my own specialists.

Ignores your calls and will not put in refills promptly. Leaves you without medication or a response for days.
