Dr. Palmer performed a laparoscopic appendectomy on me in March. Professional, knowledgable, courteous and friendly, he made me feel at ease throughout the pre op, surgery and follow up appointments. Accessible office staff. Thank you for excellent care.
My wife had to have a large 19 centimeter lipoma removed, due to her special needs a few other surgeons wouldn't remove it, after years of it growing, I found Dr. Palmer online and he was amazing, from the initial visit, warm and personable, to the actual surgery that went well, despite her particular situation. I would certainly recommend this surgeon!!
Dr. Palmer and his nurse were wonderful. I have had what feels like millions of various tests or procedures in my adult life, and a couple surgeries. I’ve become skittish, especially when it comes to going to doctors, because it usually includes pain. Dr. Palmer was patient and kind, as well as careful and professional, and I felt no pain while being numbed, or during the procedure. His nurse held my hands, which gave me comfort during an emotionally uncomfortable experience. I appreciate their efforts and expertise.
Top notch all around. Great bedside manner and the nurse was fantastic as well. We were worked into the schedule due to a medical emergency. I was fully expecting to wait a while to see the doctor. My daughter was in extreme pain and Dr. Palmer recognized this as we walked back to the waiting room to fill out paper work. We were called back immediately and the issue was fully taken care of quickly. Highly recommend this doctor. His bedside manner with us was fantastic as well.
I have never in my life had a better overall experience with a medical establishment, Doctor, and their staff. Dr. Palmer performed a small out-patient surgery on me and from the time a had my consultation, to the time I left from post-op I felt so cared for and informed. I experienced the most amazing and friendly staff who made the experience absolutely stress free and comfortable for me and my family. The staff of nurses and others who I’m unsure of their titles, walked me through the entire process and in laymen’s terms that I was comfortable and knew what I was in for. They were so gentle and friendly to the point where all my nervousness went right out the window. I truly can’t thank them enough for this experience and I hope that all their future patients recognize the amazing care that they give at Toledo Clinic!
Dr. Palmer is an amazing Doctor/Surgeon. I would highly recommend him because you can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in what he does. He never makes you feel rushed, answers all questions throughly, and is very empathic to whatever problem you may be dealing with. I recently moved 3 hours away, and I still go to him if necessary. He is one of the best doctors I've ever been too.
It is rare you find such a kind physician who is very caring and takes time with you! Dr. Palmer explained to us everything and answered any questions. I highly recommend this surgeon as not only is he great at what he does, but he is a real person and has excellent bed-side manner.
My name is Radi , dr. Palmer deserves more than 5 stars him n his staff are the best after 2 hernia surgery with him , he is the best.
Dr Palmer is by far the best surgeon I have been referred to. He is very kind courteous and very open with his patients. I have never felt so comfortable in a surgeon's office .
Dr.Palmer is a wonderful surgeon. He was NEVER in a rush...He explained everything that He would be doing and everything that was being done..I was very nervous and Dr.Palmer was so kind and gentle with me..Never made me feel like I was being ridiculous, just reassured me he would take care of me and he did .I think Dr.Palmer is one of a kind.Very caring and considerate.So many doctors,nurses,care givers, etc.Do the same things day in and day out and they forget that just because it's something they see everyday It's all new for their patients. With Dr. Palmer it was like I was his first ,last and only patient.Thank you Dr.Palmer. Sincerely Sharon Miller.
