Dr Smith has been seeing my son for 3 years now and is currently working with us to get his trach out. He's been informative, honest and always willing to answer questions that we have no matter how long it might take. He's super busy so sometimes it's hard to get an appointment with him but when you absolutely need him he's right there!

Our daughter has been under the care of Dr. Smith for two years. I can't imagine a more qualified, skillful, knowledgeable doctor than Dr. Smith. Sure, his bedside manner was initially challenging for me as a sensitive parent, but his expertise surpassed those emotional moments. I will be forever grateful for his care and superior skill as an ENT. I would trust him with any of my children and will always recommend him to any parent with such specific needs. Dr. Smith took exceptional care of our daughter, and for that, my family will always be more than grateful. He truly is the best we have seen and hold him in great esteem.

The office and Dr. Smith promised me that they were a provider on my insurance plan. It turns out they were not. Repeated attempts to resolve the matter left me with a $363.94 bill for a 15 minute office visit. I would never trust this office or doctor!!!
