Paid for a phone consult as we are out of town.... what we received was a guy (said he was the doctor) who read a script to us. He offered no insight to our personal situation. He had not even reviwed any of the medical records we had sent weeks earlier. The next day we received his report of the consult. In it he described half a dozen conversations that we never had. The report explained that he had told us about the procedure, and the after care....which he never told us about. A few days later I called and left a message for the office manager, mellisa, asking her to give us a consult with a different doctor in the office.... days went by no call back. So I left another message explaining that I wanted a refund as we were going to a different clinic.....several more days.. No call back.... This place is a scam.
