Dr. Frame is a very gentle natured and compassionate person. He never rushes through a patient appointment. Awesome bedside manner. Helpful in every way.

Absolutely horrible! If you don't have the money or really good insurance don't even waste your time with Dr. Frame. He is heartless and could careless what the patient wants. If you want treatment he will tell you that it's pointless after giving false information and talking to family members instead of the patient. Not to mention that after seeing this doctor, our family member was seen for a second opinion in Colorado at St. Mary's 2 days later and was admitted due to how low her sodium was! If this doctor would have taken the time and had a heart, she would have recieved the treatment she was asking for to begin with!!

When I was diagnosed with mesothelioma in November of 2014, I wasn't given much hope by other Doctors. I was given 15-18 months to live by another Doctor at another Cancer facility. Dr. Frame is sympathetic, caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. I actually enjoyed going to my appointments even knowing that I was in advance stages. Dr. Frame Stood by me and took over my treatment as I traveled back and forth to Houston for surgery and treatment. He is and always will be my angel as he was a major partner in saving my life! Today, I am NED (No evidence of disease)!

Dr. Richard Frame is a horrible provider! He lacks empathy as well as appropriate understanding, re: the needs and concerns of his patients, and has an inexcusable level of poor communication skills within the patient-provider relationship. He is blaming, judgmental, and practices with poor ethics. 'Trying to stay strong through a frightening medical battle is difficult enough without the empty-handed medical "support" of a provider who you can tell has lost his focus and drive to be a more effective and patient-focused / proactive clinician. Essentially, unless you want to be blamed for getting sick (despite the fact that there is nothing on this planet in which you did or could have done to cause such a horrible illness upon yourself); or if you enjoy listening to an arrogant clinician who answers all comments/questions with his ridiculous and highly over-used "go-to" statement of: "trust me, i'm the blood doctor" (to me, anyone who has to repeatedly validate himself that many times throughout the course of each appointment, is probably attempting to compensate for a total lack of understanding for the medical situation at hand), I would NOT bother to subject yourself to the verbal and emotional abuse that will come with seeing this provider.
