Matt Avram did a laser removal of a small spider vein in my face. The area scarred. The scar is right in the middle of my face and very obvious.The procedure was done in Aug 2015 and the scar is NO less obvious now (July 2017) than it was in 2015. Dr Avram never agreed to follow up and look at the scar or even attempt to help the area where the scar is/ the implication being that, of course, his procedure didn't cause it. A second implication begging that I had this scar prior to his procedure. I have no other marks on my skin and he DID do it. Now I will have a scar in the middle of my face for the rest of my life. I wouldn't go to Dr Avram because, should you have an issue with your procedure, Dr Avram will deny that it had anything to do with him or his practice. The office will just stop taking your calls.

Thank you Dr. Avram for all your help. I think the level of care you provide is excellent and would highly recommend this entire practice.

Really well run office, no endless waiting, professional treatment and he did more work (removing some minor spots) than he billed me for. Recommended.
