Never dialates. I've been to exams with Dr. Lim twice and never once have I been dialated. That I can't understand. My niece went to him as a young teen and he told her mom that she was making up her low vision problems. I flew her to Atlanta, Emory hospital and she was diagnosed with Stargardt's disease and a cataract. A young adult who was legitimately partially blind. She only has peripheral vision and Dr. Lim couldn't diagnose her vision problems.

Dr Lim is good but the eyeglass place horrid got my glasses and first day out of the case massive scratch deffenetly go some place else to purchase your glasses. Now have to deal with this issue Monday and will update the results.

First off, I don't ever write reviews for any type of service or provider, especially negative ones, but I have had enough. If you are a cash paying customer, get ready to part with somewhere between $220 (glasses only) and $320 (contacts & glasses) just for the exam, you will be better off scheduling an appointment at Wal-Mart. If you have an emergency and are running late for the appointment, don't expect them to be willing to accommodate your situation or even be empathetic. I would rather drive 40 min to Hobbs to see the only other doctor who accepts my son's insurance than go back to this office.
