Worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. They are only open 1 day a week at the Las Cruces office. Their computer system is down a lot so you need to come back at a later time to make further appointments and pick up supplies. The staff seems to have a mediocre attitude at best. Seems to be a very unorganized operation over all. Guess that is because they are only open the 1 day a week for appointments. You never see a Dr. at the Las Cruces Office, only a Nurse. However, you still have to pay the higher Specialist copay (at least with Blue Cross). If I am paying to see a Specialist I want to see the actual Dr.

My partner was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea. At Sonno, they took one month of processing time between appointments for absolutely no reason. Finally they told us our insurance didn't cover it and they pushed self pay for like $800!!! We went somewhere else in El Paso where his coworkers went and they scheduled him and completed the appointment all within like one week. Also, at this office our insurance did cover the procedure! I think Sonno are uncaring and slimey. They also refused a 10 minute peer to peer because their doctor is just oh soooo busy... Bad service low quality of care. Don't blame anyone other then the owner/doctor.

The staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out in an urgent situation! Great experience. I definitely recommend them.

my insurance reqired a peer to peer consult in order for me to have the study done. The staff refused to take 20 minutes to do this. My significant other witnessed me stop breathing numerous times for up to a minute. We told them this and they would rather have you not breathing than take 20 minutes for a consult. I think this is a disgrace.

Switched from open 2 days a week to one. Then when I went by today it wasn't open. The doctor here also insists I make appointments to come in on whatever time and I can't because I'm a semi truck driver. Dispatch doesn't always get us home on time and when they're only open 1 day a week there isn't s point in trying.
