I had an appointment today/my follow up. When I got there it was closed. I called three different numbers, and all of them were disconnected. I called my insurance company and they called the same numbers. I dealt with Dr. Dhagat for years until he retired. I never received a phone call or letter informing me they were relocating or shutting down. This is very unprofessional and unethical. This happened to me on Monday 9/14/15. I was at this office three months ago.
