Absolutely sucks.  Gave me the run around for my FMLA and a script for my mother's pain medication.  Always passing the buck n putting the responsibility on another doctor.

Would give a zero star if I could really agitating when you have a set appointment and they are always late.

Dr. Frank N. Grisafi was extremly rude as soon as he walked into the office. He did not treat my boyfriend and i as human beings. He did not even look into his file when my boyfriend has been dealing with his disability for months. We were looking for a solution to the problem since he is unable to function or live his life productively. This whole situation has been a nightmare and it is doctors such as Grisafi that make the whole situation worse when they are supposed to care about their patients. He had an attitude the entire time and made me lose all faith in the medical system. Now we are left feeling more hopeless than ever. He should not be allowed to work with people if he doesnt care about them.

The staff is friendly especially the doctor but the wait in the waiting is terrible. Sat for almost 2 hours and everyone that came after me went back before me.
