Love Dr. Knapp and his wife. Only doctor to show the compassion I've been shown with my health problems. But he has the worst secretary I've ever encountered. They lied and said they didn't do pre-authorizations and cost me $197. Weeks later called to ask if I wanted a pre-authorization for another medication..... The lies and laziness is beyond me. To they also billed me "accidentally," on more than one occasion. If you don't catch the mistake they'll get you and not say a word.
