Dr. Sullivan is very intelligent and compassionate. She takes time to listen to the patient, and she truly is partner in your healthcare (vs. other doctors who want to dictate everything and not work together to decide the best course of action based on your philosophy).

This doctor's office is horrendously unprofessional. Their staff do not know how to process online referrals, spent over 2 hours trying to get my sister's referral from her insurance processed (Failing multiple times and blaming it on her and my mother due to their incompetence in processing online referrals), and then had the audacity to blame my sister and mother for the problem.

Worst of all, after my sister and mother spent over 2 hours unnecessarily calling between the Doctor's office and the Insurance company trying to do the assistance's jobs for them, had the gall to then decide to drop my sister and mother from them as patients OF THEIR OWN ACCORD simply  because a voicemail was left on their system informing them of their failure to do their damn job (All the while my sick sister suffering and being denied medial care).

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
