I was referred to Dr. Batchra by my family Doctor for a deviated septum. Was scheduled for the surgery (the first surgery experience of my life). Everything was explained in detail, everyone was super nice and very professional not only in the office but at the hospital as well. The surgery went very well and all is good now. She made sure to let my family know how the surgery went and assured all is well with me in the recovery room. She made my first ever surgery a very pleasant experience. A wonderful person to deal with and a spectacular surgeon. Thank you for your care and professionalism.

My 1 year old son had problems with his ears so we were referred to Dr. Batchra.  She was wonderful.  Very gentle, kind, patient, and knowledgeable.  The technician who tested my son's ears was also great!  I highly recommend.

They have no sense of urgency nor do they care. This place is horrendous. Not to mention that the secretary working at the front is condensending, rude and very short while making opinions as though she's a doctor herself. I had instructions specifically from the hospital and she said they don't "normally do that" - if you're not a doctor, don't give opinions or medical advice, just make the Damn appointment. Worst place to see an EMT.

My son was referred to Dr. Batchra with frequent ear infections.  He was a year and a half at the time.  She was friendly gentle and did her best to make him feel at ease.
